2. General Information on Data Processing

The apps by Pondstack Software (DJReport, TrackHound, BPM Scout, SlippyClean, CrowdDrop, Spin Deck Studio, RekordTidy) are designed to work locally on your device. No user data is stored server-side by the provider. Data processing takes place exclusively on the user's device.

3. Data Processing in the App

The software processes exports provided by the user from DJ applications such as Rekordbox and Serato, which may contain artist names, track titles, remix information, playtimes, and event details. This data is processed and stored exclusively on the user's device.

3a. Microphone Access (BPM Scout, TrackHound)

BPM Scout accesses the device microphone solely for the purpose of real-time tempo detection. Audio data is analyzed in real time and is not stored, forwarded, or made accessible to third parties. The app does not collect any personal data and does not use analytics or tracking tools.

TrackHound uses the microphone or a connected audio interface to identify music tracks using Apple's ShazamKit framework. Audio patterns are transmitted to the ShazamKit service for identification. No complete audio data is transmitted or stored. The processed audio patterns are subject to Apple's privacy policy.

4. App Store & Payment Processing

Transactions are processed exclusively through Apple's platform. The provider does not receive payment data such as credit card numbers, bank details, or Apple ID credentials.

5. Website Data

When you visit our website, technical data is automatically collected (IP address, browser type, timestamp). This data is required for the technical operation and security of the website.

6. Analytics Tools

No tracking or analytics tools are currently in use.

7. Data Storage

Users control the storage of their own app data. Email correspondence is deleted after the matter has been resolved.
